Busy Format Design Password Recovery

Bill and invoice formats are often locked after the design is done. We restore design access so you can change the logo, fields, or number of copies.

When this password blocks you

You can still print bills. But you cannot open format design to add a QR, a new GST field, bank details, or a branch name. This lock is not the same as company login. It is common after a one-time format job from years ago.

How we help

We check that you own the business. We work on a copy of the data. Then we return format design access. Your current print look stays the same unless you ask us to change it. After unlock, save a new password with the owner.

Need a new bill design too?

After the password is cleared, we can also update the format for e-invoice, e-way, or extra copies. That is optional and quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions

Will printed invoices change after unlock?

No, not unless you edit the format. Unlock only opens the design screen.

Can a CA ask for this?

Yes, if the owner gives written permission.
