When do you need Busy data recovery?

Busy keeps each company in a data folder. A sudden shutdown, a bad copy, a disk error, or a wrong restore can hide that folder. The company name may not show in the list. The year may not open. Or you may see only some old vouchers. Staff may also copy an old backup over the live data. In all these cases, recovery can bring the books back.

How we recover your Busy data

First, stop adding new entries on the damaged PC. Then send us the data folder, any backup, and Disk1 or SQL files you still have. We rebuild a working company from the best files. We check ledgers and voucher totals. Then we send you a folder you can open in your Busy version. If you have a good backup, we restore that first. After that we add any later files that are still safe.

What you should not do

Do not format the drive. Do not run unknown repair tools on Disk1.db. Do not keep making vouchers if the company opens only in part. Extra work can erase the last good day. If antivirus has blocked Busy files, pause the scan until we copy the folder.
