Custom reports are often locked so staff cannot change columns. If that password is lost, the reports stay frozen. We unlock them for the owner.

Why reports have a password

Busy lets you make extra reports for stock, party ageing, or GST. A password stops accidental edits. The person who made the report may leave. The file still asks for a password that nobody wrote down.

After owner checks, we return the company with custom report access. Your current layouts stay the same, so print and Excel export still work. You then set a new password known to the owner and the CA.
