Busy Deleted Data Recovery

A deleted company folder or an old year is not always gone. We search the disk and backups. Then we restore the data for the owner.

How Busy data gets deleted

Someone may delete a folder thinking it is a copy. A format, Windows reset, or a “free space” tool can remove the data path. Some users delete a year inside Busy and later need those vouchers for audit. Shift+Delete skips the Recycle Bin, but the disk may still hold the files until new data is saved on top.

How we recover deleted data

Stop saving new files on the same drive. We search for Busy folder names, Disk1 files, and zip backups. We first check Recycle Bin, File History, and copies on a CA or owner laptop. A deep scan is used only if no copy is found. We then open the restored data and match it to the GST period you remember.

What we cannot promise

If the disk was fully formatted and then filled with new files, only some parts may remain. We tell you the last date we can recover. We do not promise a full year if the files are gone.

Can you bring back one deleted voucher?

If it was deleted inside Busy, we need a backup taken before that delete.

Is this the same as normal PC recovery software?

No. Normal tools do not know Busy company files. We recover the files and then make them open in Busy.
